Bright Hope Care can help you understand the funding and services available to you in your NDIS plan, show you how to use your NDIS plan to meet your goals, assist you to gain capacity to be more independent, and provide core supports.
Core Supports
Bright Hope Care provides core supports including assist personal assistance, assist household tasks, group/ centre activities, assist with travel and transport, assist with daily tasks / shared living.
NDIS Meetings
Bright hope Care can assist you to build skills, capacity, and independence to coordinate your own support plan, and prepare for NDIS review meetings.
